Director Dr. Tsai received our Program's Alumnus, current St. Kitts and Nevis Ambassador to the Republic of China (Taiwan), H.E. Donya Lynex Francis, who has been invited to give a special speech sharing his professional experiences and diplomatic career back at the campus. H.E. Ambassador not only encouraged student audiences to chase goals and emphasized the importance of self-affirmation, but also looked forward to deepening bilateral ties between Taiwan and St. Kitts & Nevis in the future.
